Yes. The steel is fabricated at our factory while the foundation work goes on at your site, so the two run in parallel instead of one after the other. Erection on site then takes a fraction of the time a fully site-built structure would.

A properly designed and protected steel structure is built to the same structural standards and handles wind and seismic loads well. We treat and paint the steel for the coastal, humid conditions around Chennai so corrosion is kept in check.

Yes. Bolted steel frames can be extended along their length or dismantled and re-erected elsewhere, which is much harder with a concrete building. Tell us if you expect to expand and we will design for it from the start.

Both. We can supply and erect the structure alone, or deliver turnkey: RCC foundations, the steel frame, roofing, electricals, flooring and plumbing, all under one team.

Either. Send us your architect's or consultant's drawings and we will fabricate to them, or give us your requirement and we will prepare the design and drawings for your approval before fabrication begins.

Every automated gate we install has a manual release so it can be opened by hand. Battery backup can be added so the motor keeps working through an outage.

Sliding gates suit sloped driveways and entrances with little space in front or behind. Swing gates suit level ground with room for the leaves to open. We will look at your entrance and recommend the one that fits.

Our gates can be fitted with safety sensors that stop or reverse the gate when something is in its path, along with remote and sensor control for everyday use.

If you see white scale on taps and tiles, clogged showerheads, heaters losing efficiency or soap that will not lather, your water is hard. Much of the groundwater in and around Chennai is. We can test your water and size a softener to your building.
